For the best results, use non-washable glue. Silly putty is stretchy, bouncy, and fun, and it’s super easy to make To start, measure out about 1/2 cup (120 ml 4 fl oz) of school glue into a medium-sized plastic bowl. They help so much with our wildlife, I highly encourage you to get involved. Pour 4 oz (120 ml 4 fl oz) of non-washable school glue into a bowl. Use clear glue for jewel toned colors STEP 3: Stir in 1/4- 1/2 tsp baking soda. STEP 2: Now’s the time to add (color, glitter, or confetti) Remember when you add color to white glue, the color will be lighter. They do so much good for wildlife preservation through organizations like International Bird Rescue, Marine Mammal Center, and so much more. STEP 1: In a bowl mix 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup of glue well to combine completely. Added bonus is that it only takes two ingredients that you most likely have at your house right now!ĭawn soap holds a special place in my heart.
